Terms and Conditions
This EuroAfrica Media Network Business Directory is provided by EuroAfrica Media Network Germany. All submissions to the directory will be manually reviewed prior to activation however EuroAfrica Media Network accepts no liability or responsibility for the accuracy of the information published in the Directory. EuroAfrica Media Network is can reject any listing at any time at their discretion.

Free listings and paid listings are offered and are available. 

Conditions of Listing:

1. To be listed in this directory you must not have a physical presence in Germany. Registration is welcome worldwide. We will check to ensure the information you have entered with respect to your location is correct.
   
   
2. This Business Directory provides the opportunity for visitors to the directory to contact you via an email form.  By listing your business you agree to accept these emails.  EuroAfrica Media Network take no responsibility for the information transmitted to you via the form on the website.
   
   
3. You agree to ensure that the email address for your business is up to date.  You can choose whether or not the email address is displayed in the directory at the time of submission and you may log in and edit your listing at any time.
   
   
4. Your directory listing will expire after 12 months. You will be sent an email prior to that to encourage you to review the listing to ensure it's up to date.  Once reviewed the listing will remain active for a further 12 months.  This is to ensure that the information published in the directory is as up to date as possible.
   
   
5. By listing your business you agree, on behalf of the business, to receive periodic emails from EuroAfrica Media Network.  EuroAfrica Media Network WILL NOT pass your contact details on to any third parties and will not send you information on behalf of third parties.
   
   
6. These terms and conditions may be updated at the discretion of EuroAfrica Media Network.  If any updates to the terms and conditions relate in any what to your privacy you will be notified by email.
   
   
7. Statistics of interactions with this website are kept including the number of times your business listing is displayed in searches of the directory and the number of times your entry is clicked.
   
   
8. If you aren't sure on how to add your company, send us your complete data and we will do this for you.
   

9. Free Listings

1. You may not be able to enter certain data in your free listing in this directory.  If your entry contains these details but otherwise is suitable EuroAfrica Media Network may either delete the references from your listing or reject your listing. Visitors can still contact you via the web form on the website.
2. HTML entered into the long description of free listings will not be rendered, plain text only
3. Short descriptions of free listings may not be rendered on the search results page.
